according to the collective agreement (Greek ministry of Labor: 9/16.7.2012)

Years of experience		How many years have you experience?
Are you married?		Choose if you are married or not (10%)
Degree		Choose if you have any Hotel studies (6%, 10%, 15%)
Seasonal?		If your work in a seasonal hotel (10%)
Uniform		do the employer ask you to ware uniform with out to provide it to you?(10%)
Allowance unhealthy work		cook = 10%, valet, cleaner etc. = 0.05%
Food allowance		i don’t ask meal = 0%, i ask meal and they give me = -2%, i ask meal but the empoloyer do not provide me = 10%
Do you stay in the Hotel		If the hotel provides you accommodation (-7%)

Your gross salary is:		this is your gross salary for 40 hours per week

Category A: Receptionist, maitr, submaitr (or Captain), first porter or nightporter, First buffet, head-valet, first cook.
Category B: Head laundry and linen, assistant Reception, Room B, Waiter, Bartender or barmeint, cook B, telephone operators, auditors and mainkourantie.
Category C: Assistant Waiter, Housekeeping (Jack), Room service, Concierge Assistant or buffet or restaurant or bar or drawers, bellhop, doorman or external Ntorman, cook c and valet.
Category D: laundress, cleaning common areas, dressmaker, dishwasher, head and assistant clinic.
