If you voluntary resignate you can not have this benefit.
If it is your first time, you need at least 200 social insurance stamps in the last 24 months (without the last 2 months).
For example, if you wil be fired in 31-12-12, you need 200 stamps, from 01-01-2011 – 31-10-2012.
You need at least 125 insurance stamps the last 14 months (without the last 2 months) if you are a repeadetly recipient.
You need at least 100 insurance stamps the last 12 months, if you are a repeadetly recipient in a seasonal working company.
(In this last case, choose the category 125-149 if you have 100-149 stamps)

Salary in EUR Write your monthly wage (average wage of last semester)
Number of social security stamps in the last 14 or 24 months The stamps you have the last 14 month, without taking into account the stamps of the last two months. If you were fired:
31-October-2012 the stamps from 01/09/2011 to 31/08/2012.
If you selected on two years stamps:
The stamps you have the last 24 months, without taking into account the stamps of the last two months. So, if for example you were fired:
31-October-2012 the stamps from 01/09/2010 to 31/08/2012
Members in the family Single = 1, Married = 2(if your husband is not working and is not benefit recipient unemployment benefit), married with two children = 4 etc.
